Enjoy sailing aboard a Nautitech 47. The most spacious and comfortable sailing boat available in the Azores.

This trip offers the perfect balance between sailing and enjoying what boating has to offer. Perfect anchoring, heavenly swimming, great fishing, time to enjoy our toys & visit the islands or go hiking.

As it lasts almost a week, it is suitable for those who can only spend one week in the Azores.

This is a privileged area of the Atlantic Ocean, boasting natural park reserves such as the Formigas Islet, Ambrósio Bank, and the islet of Vila Franca do Campo. Both are remarkable because they are nurseries for many marine species.

Enjoy healthy food and beverages served by a professional crew of 2 members who are waiting to serve you on board.

Itinerary

1

Day 1 — Meeting, Briefing & First Sail

At 11:00 AM meet the crew at the “Bar da Marina” at Vila Franca do Campo. Board the catamaran, receive a full safety and life-aboard briefing. After settling in, enjoy lunch and discuss the route plan for the week. Afternoon sailing along the south coast of São Miguel.

2

Days 2–4 — Go Where the Wind Takes You

Feel the freedom of life on a sailboat, moving between islands without packing and unpacking. Sail during the day or night, hike a volcano, explore a lava cave, anchor in pristine bays, swim, snorkel or paddleboard in clear Atlantic waters. Meet dolphins, whales and other marine wildlife randomly as they visit us on our way. Each day adapts to the weather and the group’s wishes.

3

Day 5 — Sailing Back to São Miguel

Enjoy a full day of sailing on the return passage to São Miguel — approximately 55 nautical miles, around 8 hours under sail. A beautiful final open-sea passage with the island coming into view as you approach.

4

Day 6 — Enjoy the last day of the trip

Wake up, jump into the water, and enjoy our awesome breakfast. Savor the Zen ambiance aboard. Write in the boat’s honor book, share photos and stories. Enjoy a last lunch on board and sail back to our home port, where disembarkation is at 5 PM at Vila Franca do Campo marina.
